Now Hiring – Full-Time Metal Fabricator
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Metal Fabricator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans.
Cut, fabricate and assemble structural steel components.
Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW and Stick welding.
Grind, finish and inspect completed work to ensure quality standards.
Repair and modify metal structures as required.
Safely operate fabrication machinery and workshop equipment.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant full-time post-qualification experience (or equivalent) in structural steel fabrication or heavy metal fabrication.
Experience in workshop fabrication and structural steel assembly is preferred.
Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings and fabrication schedules.
Strong welding and fabrication skills.
Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to producing high-quality work in a safe workplace.
Position: Full-Time (38 hours per week)
