We're currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our team.

About the Role:As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across the bar, gaming lounge and floor, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently multitask across different areas of the venue, and take pride in providing friendly, professional service.
This role offers a flexible casual roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service across the bar, gaming lounge and floor
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
Operate gaming facilities in line with Queensland gaming regulations and venue procedures
Process cash, EFTPOS and gaming transactions accurately
Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness throughout the venue
Assist with stock replenishment and venue opening and closing procedures
Support sporting events, promotions and venue activations
Work collaboratively with the wider team while maintaining all workplace health and safety standards
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:




Previous experience in gaming, TAB, Keno
Current Queensland RSA and RSG certificates (essential)
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
Professional presentation and strong work ethic
Australian Work Rights
Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
