Based in Hume & Fyshwick, we're a fast-growing business with a strong reputation for quality and reliability.We've recently launched a commercial prep kitchen - a dedicated production space for pre-prepared vegetables, pre-cooked meats, and ready-made meals for our wholesale and retail customers.
This is a warehouse-based, production-driven environment, not to be confused with a traditional cafe or restaurant kitchen.We're now on the lookout for reliable, motivated people to join our team as Kitchen Prep / Labourers and help support this exciting new area of the business.Your role will include:Packing, slicing, dicing, and mincing fresh produce and meats (both by hand and using machines)Operating commercial machinery such as mincers and cryovac (vac-pack) machinesUnloading deliveries and rotating stock to maintain freshness and qualityCleaning and sanitising equipment, machinery, and work areasHelping keep the warehouse and prep areas clean, organised,



and safeWhat we're looking for:A positive attitude and robust work ethicWillingness to learn and work as part of a teamReliability and the ability to keep pace in a busy production environmentComfortable working with machinery and on your feet (full training provided)Previous kitchen, food prep, or warehouse experience is ideal but not essentialShifts available:We have early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts availableWhy join Alpha Fresh?
