Enjoy a permanent full-time role with diverse clinical exposure, working across six days from Monday to Saturday.
This position will cover 3 sites - Nepean,



Blue Mountains and Penrith Community.Your role as the Registered Nurse is to ensure optimal outcomes for patients/clients and carers of the service through the promotion of best practice including the appropriate escalation of care whilst working collaboratively utilising effective team communication with members of the multidisciplinary health team in the planning, implementation, assessment and evaluation of patient care.
At all times you will act as an advocate for the specific needs of all patients/clients and carers including those from the indigenous population or other multi-cultural groups providing appropriate care to the patient/client undergoing specialised procedures.This position within the Dialysis team will see you prioritise and monitor the workload of the unit ensuring the allocation of staff is appropriate, including during staff breaks, assume a leadership role in promoting the adherence to current Policies, Procedures and Standards and facilitate patient flow through effective communication.This is a great opportunity to join the NBMLHD team and we encourage you to apply now!
