Position Title: Client Relations Officer
Location: North Perth Reports to: Managing Director & Operations Manager
We are seeking a compassionate, outgoing, and proactive Client Relations Officer to join our small, supportive team.
This is not an entry level NDIS role, this is a diverse role that combines client relationship management, sound understanding and knowledge of NDIS funding, service support agreements as well as client support and service coordination to ensure our clients receive exceptional care and support.
About the businessCasson Communities is a values-driven disability NDIS provider based in North Perth.
We provide care and support to people living in the community and in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, including people living with psychosocial disabilities, mental health challenges, and aged care needs.
About the roleReporting to the Managing Director, the Client Relations Officer is responsible for coordinating client services, maintaining strong relations with clients and stakeholders, supporting operational processes, and contributing to continuous improvement and actively growing Casson Communities client base.
You will work in collaboration with the NDIS finance officer, operations manager and rostering officer.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals and other stakeholders as the primary point of contact.
Coordinate new client referrals, client onboarding, service agreements and property viewings where required.
Monitor client wellbeing through regular check-ins, respond to enquiries, and work collaboratively to resolve concerns and improve service delivery.
Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation, including reports,
service agreements, NDIS review documentation and client records.
Liaise closely with the rostering, clinical and finance teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently and client information remains current.
Support and mentor support staff by providing guidance, facilitating communication and assisting with training and quality improvement initiatives.
Review support logs, incident reports and client feedback to identify trends, manage risks and promote continuous service improvement.
Assist with operational problem-solving, escalating complex matters to management when required and helping coordinate solutions.
Promote Casson Communities' services within the community and contribute to business growth through professional stakeholder engagement.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies and a strong commitment to person-centred care.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience working within a NDIS registered provider in a client services, coordination role
A strong working knowledge of the NDIS, the ability to interpret NDIS funding and identify appropriate supports within client support plans and budgets, including funding categories, pricing arrangements, service agreements, and compliance obligations
Demonstrated experience liaising with support coordinators, plan managers,
allied health professionals and NDIS participants
Preparing documentation for NDIS reviews and managing client records
Strong networking, marketing and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence representing the organisation in the community.
Excellent organisational, administrative and proactive problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and relationship building skills with clients, families, staff and external stakeholders and a genuine commitment to person-centred service delivery
Confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic client management systems (JotForm, Sharepoint, LeeCare experience is an advantage)
NDIS Worker Screening Check and current Driver's Licence.
This position requires previous experience working within the NDIS sector, due to the complexity of NDIS funding, billing and compliance requirements, applicants without this relevant NDIS experience will not be considered.
