Mary Street Bakery is looking for a daytime prep Chef who is passionate,



capable of working independently, has a sense of pride, an understanding of working efficiently.
The successful candidate would work alongside the Head Chef and the rest of the team - preparing during the day and being a bridge into the night team.
The role involves preparing ingredients for the assembly of salads, sandwiches, pies and sausage rolls for catering orders and other counter items sold in our stores.
The ability to work with a contribute to a team environment is essential

You must have a passion for producing fresh, tasty, seasonal salads, sandwiches and cold items.
You must have plenty of experience either in a similar role or with high volume kitchens, you must be reliable and be able to work with speed and consistency and understand flavours and seasoning.
This job is a 5 days a week Tuesday to Saturday
