About the Role
SUEZ has secured a new major infrastructure project, the Perth Desalination Expansion Stage 1A, and we are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join the project delivery team at Naval Base, WA.
In this hands-on site leadership role, you will work closely with the Construction Superintendent, project team, subcontractors, and client representatives to coordinate daily construction activities, drive safe delivery, and support a strong safety and quality culture on site.
You will be responsible for supporting subcontractors, coordinating site activities, resolving challenges, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate daily site activities, resources, permits, and subcontractor interfaces.
Provide visible leadership and support safe construction delivery.
Monitor subcontractor performance, quality, progress, and compliance.
Conduct site inspections, safety walks,



and support HSE and QA/QC requirements.
Review construction methodologies, SWMS, and risk assessments.
Identify issues, coordinate solutions, and escalate project risks.
About You
You are an experienced Construction Supervisor who thrives in a hands-on environment and understands how to safely deliver complex construction works.
You build strong relationships with subcontractors and site teams, communicate effectively, and take a practical approach to solving problems and achieving project outcomes.
You will bring:
5+ years' experience supervising construction activities across civil, mechanical, industrial, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site delivery.
Strong understanding of construction safety, quality, and site processes.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
White Card and current WA Driver's Licence.
Highly regarded:
Experience in water, wastewater, desalination, mining, oil & gas, or major infrastructure projects.
Experience working in brownfield environments or complex client-led projects.
