We're currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team at Ricci Dental, 2-3 days per week.
The ideal candidate will have:
1+ years previous experience in a dental reception role
Ability to work late evenings on Thursdays and Saturday Mornings
Confidence to work independently
The ability to interact with both patients and colleagues in a welcoming and friendly manner
Robust organizational skills for managing patient records and appointment bookings
Confidence in handling a range of administrative tasks, including billing, phone enquiries, and patient support
Ability to provide chairside assistance when required
