About the role:The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Regional Marketing Manager to deliver localised marketing activity across Western Australia, with a focus on increasing market share, supporting clinic growth and driving patient acquisition for WA clinics and Monash IVF specialists.
The role involves increasing the profile of WA clinics and Monash IVF doctors within their local communities, strengthening engagement with prospective patients and referrers,
and supporting the delivery of targeted campaigns that respond to local market opportunities.
Key activities include content development, campaign coordination, social media support, event coordination, copywriting, basic data analysis, EDM and video campaign support, sustained communications and assistance with local PR activity for the WA market.
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Regional Marketing Manager to deliver sustained and localised marketing activities across WA that drive patient acquisition, doctor enquiries, appointments and cycle growth.
Assisting with the execution of the WA marketing plan, including campaigns and initiatives that support clinic growth and individual doctor growth priorities.
Developing rapport and effective working relationships with WA fertility specialists, clinic teams and internal stakeholders.
Coordinating tactical WA marketing activities including localised EDM campaigns, video campaigns, Google listings, ad word support, pipeline conversion activities and identification of local case studies for PR.
Developing bespoke content for WA fertility specialists, including videos, webinars, patient stories, doctor profiles and referral-focused content.
Assisting with coordination of WA online and in-person events, including patient, referrer and doctor profile-building events.
Completing administrative tasks as required to support the Regional Marketing Manager and WA marketing activity.
Ideally you will bring the role:You are a proactive and organised marketing professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering engaging communications and events.
Comfortable working across multiple priorities, you bring a keen eye for detail,
excellent communication skills and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
You enjoy working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and are motivated by creating positive customer and community experiences while supporting business growth.
Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
Satisfactory National Police Check.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Experience in marketing communications, campaigns and event management.
Experience in business development, stakeholder engagement or relationship management roles.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and support informed decision-making.
Experience using design platforms such as Canva would be highly regarded.Current Driver's Licence is advantageous.
