We're looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our Team.

About the Role
As our Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while providing outstanding service to our clients.
You'll work as part of a supportive team in a professional office setting where organisation, communication and attention to detail are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a residential property portfolio from start to finish.
Assisting with routine, entry and exit inspections.
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with owners, tenants and trades.
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and lease documentation.
Monitoring rental arrears.
Responding promptly to owner and tenant enquiries.
Preparing tribunal documentation if required.
Ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation.
Maintaining accurate records using PropertyMe.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has 2-3yrs Property Management experience.
Holds a current Queensland Certificate of Registration.
Has experience using PropertyMe.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Has exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Is organised and able to prioritise competing tasks.
Can work independently while also being a valuable team member.
Presents professionally and provides outstanding customer service.
Holds a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
