About The Role
Our Duty Managers / Assistant Managers provide hands-on support with the running of shifts.
With the help of store management you'll be responsible for:
Leading and coaching a large team to deliver the 'sweetest' experience and go above and beyond to nurture our customers
Motivating your team to achieve sales targets and KPI's




Supporting the cafe manager with store operations and standards
Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers
Part time / Full time opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster
About You...

Along with sharing these values, you'll also need:
Experience in hospitality
Supervisory experience is ideal
Barista Experience will be a bonus!!
Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
Ability to work during peak trading days and hours, including evenings and weekends
