The Primary Care and Community Health Unit consists of 9 centres that provide a range of services for children, young people and their families, adults, older people and their carers.
Our services range from health promotion, prevention and early detection through to assessment, treatment and continuing care.
Our staff work in partnership with schools, GPs, hospitals, non-government agencies and other organisations to provide care across our centres, in people's homes, other community venues as well as virtual care (telehealth).
We're seeking a Level 4 Senior Physiotherapist to deliver expert assessment and intervention across community health, post‐acute care and TACP.
This role calls for a reliable, passionate clinician who is dedicated to high‐quality care and confident in providing senior leadership.
You'll work closely within a multidisciplinary team, driving collaborative practice while mentoring and supporting staff to deliver exceptional outcomes.

For more information, please click here Child Safe Standards For assistance with applying through the NSW Health Career Portal please click here.What you will bring to the role Tertiary Degree in Physiotherapy with current National Physiotherapy Registration with AHPRA.Extensive postgraduate clinical experience in delivery of Physiotherapy services with a high level of clinical expertise in rehabilitation and/or aged and/or chronic and complex care clients.Demonstrated experience in staff coordination and supervision, as well as experience in the clinical supervision of undergraduate physiotherapists.Demonstrated experience in service development, including the development of clinical physiotherapy policies and procedures.Demonstrated commitment to professional development and demonstrated knowledge of, and experience with Quality Improvement & Evidence Based Practice.Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary team, including the formulation of complex care plans.Ability to provide advice to service managers on clinical service development, practice and redesign.Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travelEmployment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.Need more information?
