The role Applications are sought for the position of Contracts Administrator.The responsibilities of this role will be:
Maintain contract registers, records and key dates across M-Files and other systems Prepare draft contracts, variations, extensions and notices for approval Process purchase requisitions/orders and review payment claims in Pronto Support tender processes, including RFQ/RFT preparation and submission collation Coordinate contractor compliance documentation and due diligence checks Prepare reports on contract status and compliance obligations Liaise with site operations, finance, project teams and contractors Provide administrative support to the Contracts and Legal teams A full position description will be provided to shortlisted candidates prior to interview.
About you To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience: 3+ years' experience in contracts,



procurement or commercial administration within mining, resources, construction or heavy industry Experience maintaining contract records, registers and supporting documentation Experience processing purchase orders, invoices or payment claims within an ERP system (Pronto experience advantageous) Strong administrative and document management skills with high attention to detail Well-developed organisational and time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel) Familiarity with M-Files or similar document management systems Understanding of Australian Standard contracts and contract administration processes Willingness to undertake occasional site travel YOUR MOTIVATION Our mantra is 'ore-some rocks, awesome people', and with that comes a fantastic culture.
