Day-to-day responsibilities include:Assisting with domestic duties including light cleaning, cooking, meal preparation, and transportEngaging participants in community access and social activitiesHolding uplifting, calming, trauma-informed conversationsFollowing Case Management Plans and Behaviour Support PlansMaintaining professional documentation, incident reports,
