Sales Manager | Up to $300k + OTE | New Homes | Perth
Location: Subiaco WA
Reports to: General Sales Manager
About the role
We're looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, who owns strategy, product and market direction, you'll focus on running the sales function day to day: building the team, coaching consultants, and holding everyone accountable to results.
The brand is established, the team is high-calibre, and the direction is set.
We want a high performer who backs that direction, gets the team behind it, and executes hard.
.
What you'll be doing
Sales performance: Drive day-to-day sales performance against agreed targets.
Monitor and refine sales processes, manage lead distribution across the team, and feed sales-side insight into management forums and cross-functional discussions.
Building & resourcing the team: Define recruitment profiles and hire in line with lead volume and targets, interview and onboard new consultants, negotiate entry terms, and manage the full team lifecycle including departures.
Coaching, training & development: Run weekly sales meetings and one-on-one coaching, deliver structured and ad-hoc training tailored to each consultant, sit in on and run client appointments with junior consultants to develop their skills, and provide daily leadership and problem-solving support.
Culture & accountability: Set the standard for a professional, high-performance sales culture, hold the team accountable to agreed behaviours and processes, make and stand behind tough people decisions, drive retention, and keep the team aligned with affiliated finance brokers and internal stakeholders.
Sales delivery & quality: Own delivery of team results, act as the escalation point for client issues, ensure correct CRM use and timely lead follow-up, quality-assure deal folders, and liaise with developers,
settlement agents and finance partners to support the team's goals.
Existing deal management & retention: Keep active deals moving from signed sale through to site, working alongside consultants to problem-solve the roadblocks that stall progress.
Act as the escalation point for customer concerns, complaints and disputes, handling them professionally to reach the best achievable outcome.
About you
• Proven experience leading and managing a sales team, ideally in recent homes or house and land
• A track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets, both as a leader and previously as a closer
• Someone who takes a clear, established direction and runs with it hard.
You know how to execute.
• Willing to make and stand behind tough people decisions, and comfortable holding a team to high standards
• Strong coaching and people-development skills; you know how to get more out of a team
• Sound knowledge of new home design and the build, finance and settlement process.
This is critical to success in the role
• Confident with sales processes, CRMs, lead management and reporting, with HubSpot experience preferred
• Commercially minded, with the judgement to solve problems and improve sales processes on the fly
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders
What's on offer
• $300,000 + OTE on achievement of expected targets
• An established and trusted brand in the WA new home market
• Strong marketing support with an abundance of new leads every month
• A high-calibre sales team already in place.
Your job is to grow it, not rebuild it
• A supportive, high-performance team culture
