Long-term Business Analyst Federal Government contract through to June ****
Your new company This large Federal Government organisation is delivering a range of complex technology and business transformation initiatives designed to improve services and strengthen operational capability.
You will join a collaborative project environment where Business Analysts play a critical role in shaping delivery outcomes and driving stakeholder engagement.Your new role As the APS6 Business Analyst, you will work across the full project life cycle, supporting planning, design, build, testing and implementation activities.
You will engage with both business and technical stakeholders to elicit and analyse requirements, facilitate workshops, document business and functional requirements, undertake process analysis and support solution delivery.You will also contribute to testing, validation and implementation activities while ensuring requirements remain traceable and aligned to project objectives from inception through to delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst within complex ICT or transformation programs.
Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation skills.
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating business needs into actionable outcomes.
Strong business process mapping and process improvement experience.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous Federal Government experience will be highly regarded.
Baseline Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
