About the role:
DG Engineering is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team!
This pivotal role will be responsible for the compliance, mobilisation and demobilisation of DG engineering employees, ensuring they are site - ready for our clients mine sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing and organising the mobilisation of new and current employees to multiple client sites throughout WA in accordance with our client mobilisation process'.
Ensuring all DG engineering personnel are compliant for site entry by maintaining all licences / tickets, updating employees on expired or current client inductions and keeping all medical requirements of our employees up to date.
Ensuring that updated personnel information, licences, training and any other mobilisation documents are uploaded and maintained on DG engineering systems.
Liaise with onsite leadership actioning any changes regarding mobilisation and demobilisation of employees due to operational changes.
Champion the travel management for personnel, booking flights for FIFO personnel and arranging the travel details for DIDO personnel.




This role includes a rotational weekend roster and an on-call requirement for emergency support to ensure continuous service delivery and operational needs are met.
Weekend/emergency on-call duties are allocated on a fair and balanced basis, with advance notice provided wherever possible.

Pre-requisites:
Understand that mobilisation doesn't always fit into the 8 – 4 schedules, therefore, must be available outside of standard business hours for emergent work.
Proven experience in a similar role (Or equivalent).
Current and valid Driver's License.
Permanent resident within Western Australia.
Must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical including regular drug and alcohol screening.
Desirable:
Previous exposure with a shutdown services provider.
Previous experience working for or with top tier mining organisations Rio Tinto and Hancock Iron ore.
