We are looking for an experienced cabinet maker ready to lead our workshop and installation team.
What you'll do:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop and installations.
Lead, mentor and hold the team accountable for quality and schedule.
Read and interpret plans and technical drawings with accuracy.
Work alongside our cabinetmakers to solve problems on the job.
Communicate clearly with clients, trades and management.
Help build systems and processes that make the whole team better.
Who we are looking for:
Trade-qualified cabinetmaker with solid, proven experience.
Experience managing or leading a team in a workshop or site workplace.
Strong attention to detail.
Personable and professional,



someone clients and tradespeople enjoy working with.
Driven and focused, with genuine care for the quality of the finished product.
Comfortable with accountability, yours and others.
