Tasman Rope Access Pty Ltd (TRA), an Australian-owned leader in rope access services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Shutdown Supervisor to join our expanding team in the WA mining sector.

What We Need From You:
3-5 years of experience in the mining industry, specifically with shutdowns and large-scale maintenance projects
Current IRATA Certification
Nationally accredited Working at Heights and Confined Space (within 3 years)
Experience with Rio Tinto, BHP, or FMG inductions is a bonus (but not required)
A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol screening
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive shutdown plans, coordinating resources and timelines
Lead, motivate, and ensure the safety of the team on-site
Ensure transparent communication and regular updates for all stakeholders
Troubleshoot problems and ensure all work meets industry standards and company policies
Oversee resource management, time management, and documentation
