You'll lead a team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the store delivers on customer service, presentation, and profitability targets.
This is a full-time, on-site role suited to someone looking to settle into a regional community and take genuine ownership of a store.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, rostering, and staff supervisionRecruit, train, mentor, and manage performance of store team membersDrive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and stock managementManage stock ordering, inventory control, and supplier relationships to minimise wastage and stockoutsEnsure compliance with WH&S; and food safety regulationsMaintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandisingMonitor and control wages, shrinkage, and other cost lines against budgetHandle customer queries, complaints,
