Bar Manager – Premium Waterfront Restaurant & BarVANTA QUAY is preparing to open one of Mandurah's newest premium waterfront dining destinations, and we're looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house bar operations.Located on the beautiful Mandurah Foreshore, VANTA QUAY combines premium dining, handcrafted cocktails, quality wines, local and international beers, and exceptional customer service in a sophisticated black-and-gold venue.If you have a passion for hospitality, leadership and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.Your ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the barLead, train and motivate bartenders and bar staffCreate a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guestsDevelop and maintain high standards of customer servicePrepare staff rosters and manage labour costsMonitor stock levels, ordering and inventory controlWork closely with suppliers to maintain beverage qualityEnsure compliance with RSA requirements and liquor licensing lawsMaintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the barAssist in developing cocktail menus,
