Job DescriptionHome Migration Services Assist in selecting mechanical equipment and appliances for the property, such as boilers, water heaters, and industrial machinery by ensuring they meet performance and safety standards; Controls machine operations to the required standards Perform maintenance and repair activities on Egg Grading machine Assist in developing maintenance plans and procedures to keep mechanical systems running efficiently throughout the equipment lifecycle such as those used in the feed mill operations Assist in quality control and testing processes to verify that mechanical systems are installed correctly and function as intended Help estimate the costs associated with mechanical systems and equipment, aiding in budget planning for the property development project Design fire protection systems, including fire sprinklers and alarm systems, to ensure the safety of the property and its occupants Recommend sustainable and energy-efficient technologies, such as high-efficiency HVAC systems, renewable energy sources, and smart building controls Design and oversee the installation of plumbing and piping systems, including water supply, drainage, and gas distribution Set up and conduct tests of complete units and components under operational conditions to investigate proposals for improving equipment performance.
Analyse test results in relation to design or rated specifications and test objectives, and modify or adjust equipment to meet specifications.




Diagnose and troubleshoot production technical issues Devise, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components for industrial machinery or equipment and measuring instruments.
Assist in designing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for the property by calculating heating and cooling loads, ductwork layouts, and select appropriate HVAC equipment to ensure comfort and energy efficiency Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other professionals to ensure that mechanical systems integrate seamlessly into the overall building design.
Assembly and installation of recent and modified machinery/components.
Organising and supporting inspection and maintenance of machines.
Testing and fault-finding mechanical elements of machinery.
On site problem solving, trouble shooting, servicing and repairs.
Undertaking training on the operation, maintenance and repair of newly-purchased equipment and machinery as required.
Reporting and documenting visits.
