This is an exciting chance to join our Client and Workforce Operations team, alongside Family Based Care's HR department, reception team and other intake staff.
Reporting to the Manager of Client and Workforce Operations this role handles the functions of referrals, assisting teams by providing information, resources and undertaking home visits where necessary for onboarding purposes.
This is an updated version of a current role in the business; we are looking for someone to collaborate across the business, to create a practicable and efficient person-centered onboarding workflow methodology.
