? What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior IT Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for our diverse range of residential and business clients.

Technical Support:Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
Server Management:Administer and maintain both on-premises and virtual servers to ensure stability, security, and performance.
Network Management:Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and routers – keeping our clients connected and secure.
Client Relationships:Build trust with clients through clear communication, proactive support, and practical solutions.




MSA Monitoring:Stay ahead of issues with proactive monitoring, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Documentation:Keep accurate technical and client records – because great support comes with great organisation.
? What You'll Bring
Solid experience as aSenior IT Technician(or similar role).
Strong knowledge ofWindows and Linux operating systems.
Experience managing and provisioningVoIP phone systems.
A solid background inserver administrationandnetwork infrastructure.
An analytical mind withkiller problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication – you can explain tech in plain English.
A valid driver's license and reliable transport.
