This role offers autonomy, technical challenges, and opportunities to develop leadership skills while working on diverse projects.




Key Responsibilities Respond to system breakdowns and perform scheduled preventive maintenanceCommission Chillers/HVAC equipment on customer sitesTroubleshoot and resolve system issuesOverhaul and fault-find across reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal systemsDocument and report equipment results accuratelyBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsProvide training and operational advice to customers What We're Looking For 4+ years' experience as a technician in HVAC or industrial coolingStrong background in maintenance, repair, and troubleshootingMechanical and/or electrical expertise within HVACAbility to read schematics and produce clear reportsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Current driver's licenseAbility to pass pre-employment medical and background checks Our Culture & Benefits Across our 12 branches in Australia, we foster a supportive, diverse culture with access to world-class products and opportunities for growth.
