Job DescriptionSamor Pty Ltd Key Highlights Prepare and present high-quality dishes with a focus on char-grilled meats and seafood.
Develop new and innovative recipes while overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage kitchen staff by providing training and guidance, while ensuring inventory is maintained and food costs are monitored.
Day-to-day Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality dishes.
Develop recent and innovative recipes.
Oversee kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage kitchen staff and provide training and guidance.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.
Collaborate with management on menu planning and development.
Monitor food costs and control waste.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
The Right Candidate Needs
To Possess relevant qualifications at the level of a Certificate IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery or higher.




Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
Be able to develop menus according to seasonal ingredients and have experience in grilling both meat and seafood.
Be able to work evenings, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays up to 12am .
Have strong personal hygiene.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
