About your new position:
Based in our Helensvale office, you will support our technicians and oversee daily job completion through our task dashboard in our service software.
Working within a team of five, this role provides the support and guidance needed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
Provide phone support to technicians throughout the day, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed
Manage technicians' daily runs (rearranging schedules, changing job times, cancelling jobs, or adding jobs)
Be the first point of contact for technicians needing assistance with jobs, tenants, or real estate matters
Maintain and update notes in the service system
Complete data entry and general administration duties
To be successful, you will have
Demonstrated customer service experience (office or retail)
A positive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work well in a changeable environment
Immaculate attention to detail and a robust administration background
