Responsibilities:Customer Service:* Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide prompt, effective service.
* Assist customers with fueling their vehicles(when requested) and processing payments.
* Car Hire Operations:* Manage car rental bookings, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
* Answer customer inquiries regarding car rental options.
* Prepare rental agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
* Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness before and after rentals.Service Station Maintenance:* Maintain the cleanliness of the forecourt, pumps, and service station shop.
