We're looking for an experienced Assembler + Fabricator to join our Production Team and deliver exceptional products safely, efficiently, and on time.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives the details, solving problems, and creating a production environment where people and performance can excel.
Reporting to the General Manager of Operations Australia, you'll play an integral role in connecting our production capability; with the commitments we make to customers globally.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Operating a variety of machines across Joinery, Metalwork, Upholstery, and CNC Cutting work centres (including power and hand tools)
Assembling furniture and finished products from manufacture drawings that maximises our resources in a safe and efficient manner.
Monitoring production performance through Empower, our production tracking system, and use data to drive improvements
Maintaining a tidy and clean workspace




Contributing to a safe work culture and ensure compliance with WHS standards
Work closely with the Production Team to align manufacturing output with customer expectations and business goals
What We're Looking For
8 – 10 years' experience in a workshop environment at a manufacturing capacity (experience in furniture, joinery, metalwork, or a similar trade workplace is highly regarded)
A self-starter who can follow instruction, collaborate and work independently
Exceptional attention to detail
Current White Card
Experience with production systems, ERP platforms, or manufacturing software (Empower experience is advantageous)
A strong understanding of WHS requirements within a factory environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for finding smarter ways to work
Metalwork advantageous (not essential)
Output that meets the highest standards of quality workmanship.
Forklift license a bonus (not essential)
