Salary: AUD $72,000 – $82,000 per annum plus superannuation

Position Overview:We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Aged or Disabled Carer to provide direct care and support services in accordance with individual care plans and organisational policies.
The role focuses on enhancing clients' independence, community participation, and overall wellbeing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:· Provide personal care including assistance with daily living activities such as grooming, dressing, and mobility support
· Support clients in accessing community activities, employment, and social engagement
· Assist with implementation of individual support plans and behavioural programs
· Monitor client wellbeing and report any concerns in accordance with organisational procedures
· Maintain accurate documentation including client progress notes and reports
· Support medication administration in line with company policies
· Work collaboratively with families, carers, case managers, and allied health professionals
· Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and internal policies
Skills and Experience:· AQF Certificate III in Individual support or higher relevant qualification is required.
· A minimum of 12 months relevant experience in aged or disability care services is required,



with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
This experience may be gained through full-time, part-time, or casual employment.
· Valid Australian driver license is must, along with comprehensive car insurance.
· Applicants must be willing to accept shift allocations at client locations across metropolitan, regional, and outer regional South Australia, depending on operational requirements and client care needs.
Flexibility to travel between client locations is an essential requirement of this position.
· Robust interpersonal skills, a compassionate, patient approach.
· Ability to work independently and as part of team.
· A valid National Police Check, Working with Children Check and other NDIS entry level certificates are required.
· First Aid, Manual Handling and CPR Certificate is required.
Additional Requirements:· Ability to perform physical tasks including manual handling and mobility support
· Willingness to undertake ongoing training including WHS, infection control, and medication administration
