We believe in high standards, strong leadership, and having fun while we work.About the RoleAs part of our management team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while leading, coaching and developing your team.You'll help create a positive culture, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure the restaurant consistently operates to the highest standards.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, coaching and developing team membersCreating a positive, high-performance cultureDelivering outstanding customer serviceManaging shifts and ensuring smooth daily operationsAssisting with rostering, labour and cost controlMaintaining food safety,
