RCR Mining Technologies, a leading business unit of NRW Holdings, is seeking an experiencedHydraulics Sales and Application Engineerto join ourHydraulic Services team in Bunbury.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys working closely with customers to deliver tailored hydraulic solutions.
In this role, you will combinetechnical expertise, application engineering, and sales capabilityto support customers across the mining and heavy industry sectors.
You will play a key role indeveloping client relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing technical advice and solutionsthat meet customer requirements while contributing to the continued growth of our hydraulic services business.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and achievesales and revenue targetswithin the hydraulics business.
Providetechnical sales support and application engineering expertiseto customers.
Interpretcustomer specifications, hydraulic schematics, and technical drawings.
Prepareaccurate quotations, costings, and proposalsfor hydraulic solutions and services.
Delivertechnical presentations and product demonstrationsto clients.
Develop and maintainlong-term customer relationshipsthrough proactive engagement and account management.
Identify and managecommercial and technical riskswithin the sales and application process.
Negotiatetenders, contracts, and commercial termsto meet customer and business requirements.
Ensure all enquiries and quotations are processed and followed up in atimely and professional manner.
Work collaboratively withhydraulic technicians, supervisors, and internal stakeholdersto deliver solutions.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
Strongsales, networking and relationship-building skills.
Experience interpretingtechnical drawings,



hydraulic and electrical schematics.
Experience preparingtechnical quotations and cost estimates.
A strong understanding ofhydraulic systems and fluid power applications.
Ability to workindependently while actively generating new business opportunities.
Solid communication and customer engagement skills.
Desirable Experience
Experience within thefluid power or hydraulics industry.
Previous experience intechnical sales or business development.
Experience usingCAD software to produce or modify schematics.
Qualifications
Current Western Australian Driver's Licence (Essential)
Certificate IV in Fluid Power (Desirable)
Diploma of Mechanical Engineering (Desirable)
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (Desirable)
