Nicol's Paddock is seeking a Chef/Apprentice to join our small winery and restaurant team in Waurn Ponds, near Geelong.
The role suits someone starting or continuing an apprenticeship or a newly qualified chef to work alongside and support our kitchen team.
We value a willingness to learn, high cleanliness standards, and enthusiasm for food with a friendly, open kitchen style and guest interaction.
Hours: Thursday to Sunday, with Friday and Saturday nights required.
