Minimum 2 years Bar Manager experience
Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
Experience with ordering, stock control and supplier relationships
The ability to lead a team and keep service running smoothly
A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Whether you're crafting exceptional coffee, shaking Margaritas or creating your own signature cocktail specials, you'll bring passion and precision to every pour.
