Job Description
5+years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst, leading complex digital andintegration initiatives across enterprise programs.
Demonstrateddelivery experience onlarge-scale OpenText ECM programs—includingContentSuite, xECM, InfoArchive, with strong capability incontentanalysis, migration strategy, metadata modelling, retention/records, andintegration patterns.
Strongexposure toCloud and SaaS delivery models, including understandingofenvironment strategies, deployment pipelines, non-functionalrequirements (performance, security, availability, compliance).




Request/responsestructures and validation
Errorhandling and exception scenarios
Datamapping across upstream/downstream systems
Performance,scalability, versioning and integration best practices
Hands‐onproficiency withPostmanandSwagger/OpenAPI specsforexploring, validating, and testing APIs and integration endpoints.
Strongability tofacilitate workshops, lead requirement discovery, andtranslate business needs into transparent functional specifications, userstories, and acceptance criteria.
Excellentcommunication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills,capable of aligning business SMEs, architects, engineering teams, andvendors.
Experienceworking acrossmulti-disciplinary teams, ensuring traceability, gapanalysis, and end‐to‐end requirements governance for ECM transformations.
Exposureto theinsurance domain, including understanding of policy, claims,customer data, regulatory and compliance-driven document processes.
