MEGT is partnering with a high-performing industry leader to recruit an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice working across Melbourne.
About the role: This apprenticeship will challenge you every day with new systems, new skills and new opportunities.
While travelling across sites, you'll gain hands‐on experience and develop practical skills in: Installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning & refrigeration systems.
Advanced fault-finding and real-world problem solving
Installing cabling, wiring, and power/optic systems
Working on grid systems and switchboards while engaging directly with customers
A naturally curious, intelligent and mature-minded individual
Strong initiative and problem-solving ability
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Hands‐on and mechanically minded, comfortable using tools, practical in nature, and eager to learn on-site every day
Flexible and reliable
Daily mentoring and hands‐on training with experienced tradespeople




Exposure to diverse service and fault-finding work (no repetitive rooftop grind)
