As Commercial Property Manager, your main duties will be:
Mixed portfolio of office, industrial and retail
Potential for work from home options
Portfolio of ******* properties
Tenancy management
Manage rent reviews and lease proposals
Maintain accurate and current documentation
Assist with outsourcing valuations and leasing
Ensure compliance, codes and standards
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About you:




Real Estate License required - must have an understanding of Commercial and management of a commercial portfolio
Knowledge of legislation and requirements (commercial)
Understand property-related documents
Ability to negotiate
