We're looking for a commercially minded and collaborativeFinance Managerto join our Finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with leaders across Investa, delivering financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
You'll play a key role in management reporting, forecasting, budgeting and continuous improvement, while helping shape the financial performance of the business.This position is a 15 month max term parental leave cover.
Your key responsibilities
Partner with Corporate Services, Property Management and other business functions to deliver insightful management reporting and financial analysis.




Develop and maintain financial forecasts across fee income and operating costs to support annual budgets and in‐year reforecasting.
Support the end‐to‐end annual budgeting process, including ownership of Corporate Services and Property Management budgets and preparation of Board reporting.
Manage and enhance property management fee models, ensuring accurate calculations and reporting across the portfolio.
Maintain and improve FP&A; forecasting tools, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting.
Support cash flow forecasting, including cash management rules and tax calculations.
Prepare and maintain personnel cost forecasts, payroll accounting calculations and capitalised labour reporting.
Provide guidance and review the work of junior finance team members during peak budgeting periods.
Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and process improvements, including the adoption of AI‐enabled tools.
What you bring
CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent).
At least 5 years' post‐qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Financial Control, with strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
Previous experience within the real estate or property industry will be highly regarded.
Proven ability to manage end‐to‐end finance processes with a high degree of autonomy.




Experience presenting financial information and insights to senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate operational drivers into meaningful financial analysis.
Advanced forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
A continuous improvement mindset, with confidence adopting new technologies and AI tools to improve finance processes.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
