Permanent Part Time Opportunities - Fair Haven Aged Care, Hervey Bay QLD
Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking dedicatedEnvironmental Service Workersto join our Fair Haven Service, a 78‐bed Residential Aged Care home in Hervey Bay, Urraween.
In this varied role, you'll support our kitchen team with food preparation and service, maintain clean dining spaces, and help ensure a safe, hygienic environment within and around the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning resident rooms and communal areas
Laundry duties (washing, drying, folding and distribution)
Assisting in the kitchen with meal preparation and service
Supporting dining room setup and pack down
Following infection control and safety procedures
Work closely with the team to keep things running smoothly
About You
Reliable, positive and team-orientated
Previous experience in cleaning, laundry, hospitality, or kitchen hand roles (aged care experience is desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage competing priorities
Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts
Hold valid Australian Work Rights –Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
