What We're Looking For:
✔ Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
✔ Strong communication and motivational skills
✔ Confident coaching groups of up to 35 members
✔ Engaging, personable, and able to build genuine relationships
✔ Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
✔ Punctual, reliable, and well-prepared for every session
✔ Driven to continually learn and grow as a coach
Essential Requirements:
✔ Certificate III in Fitness (minimum)
✔ Current Senior First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
✔ Own reliable vehicle and transport




✔ Availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
What You'll Do:
Deliver high-energy F45 group training sessions
Coach members with confidence, enthusiasm, and attention to technique
Create a welcoming and inclusive studio atmosphere
Motivate members to push beyond their limits and achieve their goals
Contribute to the positive culture that makes F45 Duncraig special
