As the Packaging Foreman, you will play a crucial role and provide strong leadership, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
In this full-time role, you will lead, coach, and support your team to achieve production targets while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing:
Providing hands-on leadership, support and mentoring to team members, fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment.
Supervising and coordinating the activities of the bagging line team to ensure all production targets and quality standards are met.
Monitoring workflow, productivity and safety, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Liaising with other supervisors, managers and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across the business.




Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to drive operational efficiencies.
Ensuring all relevant policies, procedures and health and safety guidelines are followed.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on team performance and other key metrics.
