About the role
As ourBaker, you'll be responsible for producing the quality breads and bakery products thatBakers Delightis renowned for.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
mixing, moulding, proving and baking breads and bakery products
preparing doughs and managing fermentation processes
monitoring baking times and oven performance
maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
operating equipment safely and managing stock rotation
meeting daily production targets and quality standards.
What we're looking for

Availability for early morning and weekend shiftsessential
Min. 2 years baking experienceorcurrent / willing to do baking apprenticeshipessential
Demonstrated dough handling and bread-making skills
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual and a positive team player.
