At Consilo, we design and build healthcare spaces across East Coast of Australia.
We're looking for a creative, hands-on marketing skilled who can help build our brand through content, storytelling, social media and AI.
This isn't a traditional marketing role.
We don't need someone to just organise events, chase suppliers or simply coordinate marketing activities.
We want someone who creates.
Someone who can walk through a finished project, capture great photos and videos, turn them into engaging content, grow our audience, and help generate opportunities for the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Creating video, photo and written content
Managing Consilo's organic social media channels
Showcasing projects, clients and team stories
Creating case studies and marketing collateral
Using AI tools to improve content and creativity
Maintaining Consilo's brand standards and style guide
Working alongside external specialists who manage paid advertising
About You
Creative, proactive and full of ideas
Strong with social media, video and photography
Comfortable using AI and modern marketing tools
A self-starter who executes, not just plans
Passionate about building brands and driving growth
