Our client is looking for a Leading Hand / Sub Foreman (Remedial)



to work on an array of complex remedial projects.
This is an opportunity for a positive up and coming Leading Hand / Sub Foreman to work for this excellent remedial business.
Opportunity to move into Site Management and grow with this business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Site Safety / OH&S;
Coordinate trades and subcontractors
Assist in managing the construction programming
Site set out and mark out
Conduct site inductions and tool box talks
Interpreting and reading plans
TO BE CONSIDERED
Trade background in Carpentry
Must have Remedial experience as a Sub-Foreman / Leading Hand
Can run across multiple projects on the tools and coordinating subcontractors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret detailed site plans / drawings
Strong ability to build relationships and liaise with externals
