This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor or automotive customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a critical role in ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and positive service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and managing service bookings
Accurately preparing repair orders and service documentation
Liaising between customers and workshop technicians
Providing clear communication regarding vehicle repairs, maintenance and timelines
Identifying and presenting additional service and repair recommendations
Following up with customers throughout the service process
Processing invoices and finalising customer transactions
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service retention
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership preferred
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
High attention to detail and administrative accuracy




A positive attitude and professional presentation
Robust computer literacy and dealership management system experience advantageous
A valid Australian Driver's Licence
