About Us
Ruth Landau Harp Early Learning is an early education and care service owned and operated by a not-for-profit organisation, caring for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
Nestled in leafy Menora on over half an acre of land, our beautiful outdoor spaces are double the required size per child, offering calm, nature-rich environments for both children and educators.
We are WA's only Jewish early learning service, and while our philosophy is grounded in Jewish values like kindness, respect, community, and care for the environment, we proudly welcome educators , children and families from all cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs.
As a casual educator, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of rooms and age groups, supported by a consistent team and a strong sense of belonging.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking casual educators who are adaptable, reliable, and passionate about supporting young children through high-quality, play-based learning.
You will need:
A minimum of a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent ACECQA approved/recognised qualification.
A current Working With Children Check
Up to date First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
Completion of Mandatory Reporting training and Mandatory Child Safety training
Experience working with children aged 0–5 years (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
The ability to work varying shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm
A warm, positive approach and a willingness to be an active part of a team
