Little Stars Florina PTY LTD Shepparton, VIC **** Salary: $80,000 + Superannuation Position: Full-Time Child Care Worker Little Stars Florina Pty Ltd, trading as Little Stars Early Learning, located at Shepparton, VIC is seeking a passionate, caring and experienced Full time Child Care Worker to join our dedicated early childhood education team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in accordance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies.
Assist in implementing educational programs and daily routines that promote children's physical, emotional, social and cognitive development.
Support children's learning through play-based experiences and age-appropriate activities.
Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
Assist children with daily routines including meals, hygiene, rest and personal care while encouraging independence.
Observe children's development and contribute to documentation of learning and developmental milestones.
Ensure a safe,



clean and engaging indoor and outdoor learning environment.
Follow all health, safety, child protection and hygiene procedures, including maintaining appropriate supervision at all times.
Work collaboratively with
Early Childhood Teachers and Educators to support the delivery of the educational program.
Participate in team meetings, professional development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Skills & Requirements:
Certificate III in
Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
Minimum three years' relevant experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Current
Working with Children Check (Victoria) or eligibility to obtain one.
Current
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, patient and positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
