About Us
Penot Double Glazing is a supplier and installer of premium custom-made double-glazed windows and doors across Perth.
We deliver high-quality residential and commercial glazing solutions, with a focus on customised products, reliable service and professional installation.
Due to continued business growth and increasing project volume, we are seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our growing team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will coordinate projects from order confirmation through to delivery, installation, and completion.
You will work closely with customers, suppliers, installers, and internal staff to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate residential and commercial window and door projects from order confirmation to completion.
Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, product specifications, production schedules, and delivery timeframes.
Monitor supplier updates, order progress, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate installation schedules, product availability, and site readiness with the installation team.
Communicate with customers, builders, installers, suppliers, and internal staff throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, purchase orders, records, and progress updates.
Track project milestones, identify potential delays, and assist in resolving coordination issues.
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support continuous improvement of project administration processes and workflow efficiency.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, or a similar role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience communicating with suppliers or coordinating procurement and deliveries will be highly regarded.
Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded, as they may assist in communicating with suppliers in China.
Experience or knowledge of manufacturing, construction, engineering, fabrication, or production environments will be advantageous
Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
What We Offer
Competitive salary package of $75,000 – $85,000 plus Superannuation.
