About the Role
Working closely with our Sales Team, you'll help customers secure tailored finance and insurance solutions while maximising finance penetration and aftermarket opportunities.
You'll build strong relationships with customers, lenders and insurance partners while delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Present finance, insurance and aftermarket products professionally
Arrange competitive finance through our extensive lender network
Maximise finance penetration and aftermarket sales
Build lasting customer and lender relationships
Ensure responsible lending and compliance requirements are met
Work collaboratively with the Sales Team to achieve outstanding results
Achieve monthly finance and insurance targets




Generate referral business and repeat customers
About You
You'll be a motivated, customer-focused professional with:
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
A strong sales mindset and desire to succeed
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Professional presentation
The ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
A current Australian Driver's Licence
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS***** or equivalent), or the willingness to obtain this qualification as a condition of employment.
Experience in automotive finance, mortgage broking, banking, lending or vehicle sales will be highly regarded but is not essential for the right applicant.
