The Role
We currently have a fantastic and challenging career opportunities for a motivated casual Bar/Food & Beverage Attendants to work in our Hotel Food & Beverage Outlets, including our Croft Restaurant, Silo Bar and ****'s inspired Brooksy Bar.
We are looking for various roles on casual and full-time basis.
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the successful applicants will pride themselves on working in a team to deliver seamless, friendly and efficient service to our guests.
The main duties include
Welcome and attend to guests in a warm, professional manner
Serve food and beverages across our restaurant, bars and conference & events
Prepare and serve wines, cocktails and a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Maintain a clean,



well-stocked and organised service area at all times
Process orders and payments accurately
Share your knowledge of our food and beverage menu to enhance the guest experience
The successful candidates need to possess the following experience and skills
Strong Customer service skills and a Commitment to exceptional guest service
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Wine knowledge and cocktail knowledge
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work independently
Minimum 2 years' Food & Beverage experience
Cocktail experience preferred for working in our hotel bars
Knowledge of Micros POS
Hold a current RSA Certification
Availability to work Versatile Shifts
